Here we are, day two. It’s been an ok day. We got up early, like around 6am. Yikes. I thought the conference started today, but it actually starts tomorrow, so we got to look around campus/town some more. Got some t-shirts for my frands and enjoyed some good o’l psychology books at Barnes & Nobles. Now we’re back in the hotel room, enjoying some R&R, then off for some supper a little later.

So, I’m in Texas and it’s been a wonderful trip so far. I’m in Aggieland! Going to be a future Aggie. My wonderful dad drove the 750-some miles. He’s great. No other dad could be greater. Yeah, I’m biased. Anyhow…the city is beautiful and the campus is gorgeous. 
We arrived here today, but we had a LOOOOOOONG way behind us. It was good, to spend it with my dad, though. We stayed in Waco for the night (took 12 hours)…old stomping grounds. I was going to attend Baylor at one time. That campus is also beautiful, but A LOOOOOOOT smaller. So, then we drove the rest of the 14 hour trip today. I met this lady on A&M campus whom my dad asked directions from…basically she gave me her number if I ever needed anything, since I’ll be so far from home, also she said if I wanted to go to coffee or something. So, that is SUPER nice. Went and saw my apartment today, too. Super nice. Before we go I’ll want to try Jack in the Box and Whataburger. Tonight for supper, we went to this awesome mexican restaurant. It was delish. http://www.losmolcajetesmexicanfood.com/
